Hotel Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is after 2.00 pm unless by prior arrangement
Check out time is before 12.00 pm
A late check out fee may apply as followings:
Up to 6.00 pm, half day charge
After 6.00 pm, one night charge

Deposit and Payment terms:
Booking Process: Require to make 50% deposit

of total payment for every booking and the final 50% payment is required to pay at check-in date
Walk-In Guests: Require to pay the total amount at the check-in date
We accept cash US$ only

Cancellation/Late arrival terms:
No fee charge for cancellations made before 14 days from check-in date
50% charge for cancellations after this date
Within 24 hours cancellation is full charge
