We are looking for qualified members to join our amazing team as Restaurant Supervisor!
All positions are for Cambodian nationals only and come with the following benefits:
- salary: competitive salary + tip
- food: a meal per shift is provided
- holidays: khmer new year/ Pchum Ben
- annual & sick leaves: 20 days per year
- insurance: accident insurance
- bonus: 2 times per year, based on performance

Skills and experience required for RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR:
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Speak and write English to a good level
- Good sense of hospitality presence: warm, attentive, and confident when interacting with guests
- Ability to maintain a calm and solution-oriented attitude during busy service
- Knows how to respectfully guide a service team while maintaining customer experience including service and atmosphere
- Able to help the team maintaining quality and hygiene standards and work in an organized matter
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to coordinate smoothly between service, bar and kitchen teams
- Focus on staff training, performance and scheduling
- Manage finances and admin including small vendor payments and daily sales
- Monitoring reservations and table assignments
- Knows how to be a host, give customer service as well as working on problem solving

Glass recycling is back, BABY! Thanks to the good people at .recycle we can stop finding inventive uses for our excess glass and send it on for another life and purpose.

The Pay it Forward glass recycling initiative has been running in Phnom Penh since October 2021. PIF has grown to include 11 drop off locations across the city that, together, have helped over 83,000kgs of glass avoid becoming landfill! This initiative is paid for by the listed participating businesses to make it free for you.
