Job Description:
- Performing and administering of all HR related functions such as recruitment, training, orientation, compensation/payroll, as well as, employees’ relations and grievance etc.
- Providing and monitoring of general services and functions of administrative across the company
- Monitoring, supplying, purchasing of office stationary and supply and coordinating its deliveries
- Preparing, issuing, and keeping of all HR and Administrative related letters such as employment contract, promotion, transfer, adjustment etc.
- Preparing, producing and recording of monthly HR and Administrative reports
- Maintaining and recording of all employees’ related data in HR system and ensuring its accuracy and updating
- Ensuring privacy, security, and proper filing of all employees’ related data and files
- Monitoring and recording of all employees’ related leave and attendance
- Administering of office security and safety related matters
- Preparing and processing of employees insurance (NSSF) and maintaining its records
- Building and maintaining good working relationship with all external regulators and authorities
