TONIGHT A taste of Cambodia
at Jack’s Place (off the salt workers round about, next to Blue Buddha hotel, Kampot)

A special evening of live music and food hosted by Jack and his family.Traditional Khmer food including special dishes usually not found on restaurant menus served all evening. This Saturday acoustic gypsy jazz from Jon between 8pm-10pm.

Kang Kep Baob: Whole stuffed frog, grilled until golden and succulent. Filled with a delicious combination of lemon grass, peanuts, garlic and shallots. Served with a side of fries or rice, and Kampot cracked black pepper and lime sauce

Chicken Char K’dow: A fragrant combination of chili, lemon grass, garlic, Cambodian basil and peanuts stir fried to the perfection with chicken to release an explosion of flavor. (Served usually very spicy, every Khmer would say that a fresh cold beer is the perfect union...)
