In doing so we carry forward the legacy of our Khmer ancestors who fought not only for survival but also for the eternal soul of ancient Cambodia.

Let this conscription not be viewed as an obligation alone. Let it be seen as an opportunity to serve our people by protecting communities, supporting our land through discipline and resilience, and preserving our heritage with pride.
