In the name of owner of B**gsreymithlaor restaurant would like to amend and explain the misunderstanding in during many weeks ago.
I got the reviews and information about the hygiene and staff also many animals surround our restaurant that make bad environment and And you feel not good to our foods. Please understand and I would like to explain about this problem:
1. The staff not wearing the cook uniform:
The cook and staff are doing their duty
of wearing their clothes and they do
enough hygiene and clean,
2. We have many animals surrounding restaurant:
Yes, we have many animals, that’s
right, but our animals are stay a way
from kitchen and they are clean
because we do clean them and they not
disturb us while cooking or our
restaurant that can make us trouble
with food it hygiene as you review on
foodpanda
Please understand that our restaurant is
Not make our customers have problems
or no hygiene or bad food also the
vegetables or meat we buy all fresh and
good quality even we do cheap for all
menus but we still keep our taste and
the amount
Anyways now we are living in hard condition of covid all goods at the market are raised the price up but our restaurant still keep the same price to offer to you we are not take this occasion to raise the price up from our menu
We understand about how it’s hard to make money and we keep customers to love our food and restaurant and still want to support us, because is not necessary to raise the price up but we need your support and love our food and keep order and we also can support our staff and family in this hard time.
Anyways, in during of covid we do take away not allow people to come to eat in restaurant. And the animals are have enough hygiene, please don’t worry, if you stop support us now it’s really hard for us for family and we have many animals to respond
We will try to amend our mistakes to improve our restaurant quality.
We all do covid vaccine too
I hope you will understand and keep doing your order to support our restaurant,
