Island Taste ISLAND TASTE - RESTAURANT, BAKERY & CATERING - EST 1975 - Offering patties, pastries, local and international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We are a fully licensed and insured catering business with a mobile liquor license and DJ if required. Island Taste has been catering to the Cayman Islands for over 40 years - offering a various selection of local and Caribbean tastes. For breakfast we offer a selection of "pockets" - fried fritter dough filled with:
- Ackee and Saltfish
- Liver and Onion
- Egg and Bacon
- Vegetable and Saltfish
