Christmas night menu:
-salads: fatouch, tabbouleh.
-cold appetizers: pickles cocktail, hommos, moutabbal, labneh with herbs, shanclich, hot potato, white bean, hindbeh, grape leafs stuffed, tajen.
-hot appetizers: rkakat, sambousic, kebbeh balls, beef liver with bolsamie vinegar, moukanek, soujek.
-main dishes: Christmas dand
beef leg roasted with eastern rice or reasted potatoes and vegetables.
-ordinary drink: red label, deward's, J&B, lebanese wine, beer and soft drinks.
-desert: knefeh, ice cream.

*40 us$ per person.
