From the very start, OrsoBianco Gelateria was an immediate success. Since then, it has expanded its production site by acquiring a state-of-the-art factory, fully equipped to the highest standard, to ensure a perfect production environment. Health is the dominant theme affecting the ice cream industry. This is why, we, at OrsoBianco Gelateria, follow new product development and innovation very closely by regularly attending international workshops and seminars, all over the world, specialized in artisan Italian gelato technology.
