Our chef in his Bio-Laboratory (Organic Kitchen) with the consultation of our French Consultant Chef Mr. Eric Fleury uses only the freshest, natural and organic ingredients, combined with artistic techniques to bring out the natural flavors of our seasonal, organic products. Since a cup of coffee is an energy boost, at Badiane we serve healthy powers of healthy organic coffee. That’s not all, our champagne bar is also an organic bar that pours in your crystal glasses organic wine and champagne.
