Our story is a tale of love, passion, and diversity, just like Hawaii, where cultural richness gives birth to beautiful people, delightful dishes,

and unforgettable experiences. For us, it all began in 2016, when a young couple, in love with life, decided to open one of the very first Poke joints in Lebanon on the historical Abdel Wahab Street in Achrafieh.

Tiger Kimchi × Pico de Gallo 🌶️🍅

We minced white onion, tomatoes, coriander, mango, and spicy Tiger Kimchi.

Everything goes into one bowl with salt, lime, and a splash of kimchi juice, then mixed well.

Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour until it gets nice and saucy. Enjoy it with corn tortillas or add it to a salad.
