Typiffying Mar Mikhael's urban chic, Marinella is a light and airy, stylish and contemporary trattoria on a corner surrounded by electro-mecanique shops and opposite a wall of poetic graffiti. A leafy terrace and an intimate interior are a lovely lunchtime destination, with a spot-on italian menu that does a high quality selection of dishes. Look to the big chalkboards for the menu, which changes

daily according to the seasons and the wins of the chef. Samples might be tagliatelle with artichokes, osso bucco, aubergine capon ate, gnocchi with lemon or ravioli with ceps. The sensible wine list has French, Italian and Lebanes wines, plus beers and spirits.
