تأسست في عام 1989 من قبل السيد علام جابر في النبطية، بمساعدة أخيه السيد حسن جابر اللّذين قادا الشركة الى النجاح التي أصبحت علامة تجارية معروفة ومحترمة في لبنان والخارج، منافس بذلك كبار الأسماء التجارية.
المتجر الصغير في النبطية الذي تطور ليصبح قلعة للحلويات لتقديمه مجموعة واسعة من أصناف الحلويات الفاخرة الى عملائه المتوزعين في داخل وخارج البلاد.
