Onno has long been a secret to many, with the original hidden in Bourj Hammoud, but with the opening in Badaro, and soon in Hamra, Karnigue hopes to introduce Beirut to his passion and that of his team. "The team I work with are like family to me, I teach them from my heart and I don’t keep secrets from them. I train the well. One of the secrets of the food I cook is that I pick the ingredients myself. I go shopping for everything. I have my special sources. If you pick proper and fresh ingredients you are guaranteed good taste and consistency to keep customers coming. I also purchase like I am purchasing for my own house", he said.
