Because it is Father's Day, today our cocktail special recipe by Monseigneur is dedicated to them because it is loved by men all around the world! A drink, strong, simple and rough... Boilermaker
After those more basic drinks, let’s get into some of the more interesting ones. The boilermaker, is one of those manly drinks in the “bomb shot” or “depth charge” category of drinks. Fill up a pint of beer 2/3 or 3/4 of the way up, drop a shot glass of whiskey into the pint glass and proceed to chug the entire concoction without spilling a drop. Alternatively, it can also be ordered as a “beer and a shot of whiskey” in which the beer is a chaser to the whiskey, but why waste anyone’s time with two drinks instead of one?

The Burger. If you look through our menu, you will notice that Monseigneur offers only one burger platter! After trying out many different recipes and toppings, we have come up with the perfect combination! A crispy on the outside but soft on the inside bun, stuffed with a 160 grams Black Angus patty, and a thick slice of premium Emmental cheese. A not so traditional selection of greens, our choice is wild baby rockets and a fresh slice of tomato! But what really makes this Burger special and only found at Monseigneur is our secret sauce. Our burger is then served to you with a generous side of crunchy potato wedges, freshly prepared every time and slices of American pickles! All you need now is to dig in!

New cocktail recipes with Monseigneur! The ultimate Negroni recipe. Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces gin -- London dry gin
3/4 ounce Campari
3/4 ounce vermouth -- Italian vermouth
cocktail glass
Negroni Instructions:

Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Two more drinks you can make with Campari, both simple and refreshing. The Campari Soda is self-explanatory: Pour 3 ounces Campari into an ice-filled Collins glass and top off with soda; garnish with slice of lemon or orange. In Italy, you can buy these premixed in little bottles. An Americano is the same, except you replace half the Campari with sweet vermouth. Both are fine drinks -- as long as your craving for a cocktail is more psychological than physical.
