🎥 Though released years ago, it remains powerful & worth revisiting. This ‘Chill Tuesday’ at District.1080, we’re screening Stray Bullet (رصاصة طايشه) - a Lebanese feature film by Georges Hachem, set in the early days of the Civil War.

🎞️ August 1976. Fifteen days before her wedding, Noha appears to be stepping into the life her family has chosen for her - until one decision, made during a dinner in her honour, changes everything. Between expectation & free will, the film becomes an intimate reflection on choice & turning points. 🌟

Her films have traveled internationally - from ‘The Adam Basma Project’, short-listed for the Student Academy Awards, to ‘Sea Salt’, which premiered at the 80th Venice International Film Festival (Orizzonti) & is now streaming on HBO Europe & Nowness Asia.
