Surgel, is an artisanal family business. We have established our 1st gelateria in Jounieh central district in 1997 (then Jounieh highway, Jal El Dib…). It was an immediate success.
Two years later, due to high demand Surgel started to expand and today it has become a leader in the Lebanese market.
Nowadays, with the considerable growth of the enterprise, the production will be relocated in Dbayeh where a structure of 6000 m² would allow a more efficient production. Surgel is the supplier of around 200 hotels and restaurants, our ice cream is sold in retail in big pots of 5 liters.
