Al Kalaa Ice cream was founded in Sarba, Lebanon by Hanna Ghanem. After numerous years working in the industry, he ventured into opening his own ice cream workshop in 1948, in his hometown Sarba. He spent years trying to perfect his ice cream as well as trying to expand in the diversity of the flavors until it became the ice cream we k

now today. After over 60 years, Al Kalaa Ice Cream has become one of the most well known and well reputed names in the industry. With 20+ flavors to choose from, ranging from our Dairy/Fat free Sorbets to our creamy rich Artisan ice cream, we are sure to cater to your every need. Alongside the original shop opened in 1948 in Al-Kalaa Street in Sarba, we have opened a new shop in Zouk Mosbeh in 2016. Since that day, we have expanded greatly our diversity in flavors, our market range to include wholesale for some of the biggest culinary names in Lebanon, while still keeping the same quality and renowned reputation we have striven to not only maintain, but to perfect for years.
