Proposed Menu:
Tomato gazpacho shots
Grilled aubergine salad with chimichurri sauce
Warm feta cheese bake with harissa, red pepper and tomatoes
White fish filet with pepper and pumpkin seed salsa served with lemon rice
And for dessert Lemon Bars
