Responsibilities:
Steward: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, assist in food preparation and dishwashing, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
Western Chef: Prepare and cook Western cuisine dishes, maintain high food quality and presentation, and ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Chinese Chef: Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes, maintain high food quality and presentation, and ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Barista: Prepare and serve coffee, mocktails, and other beverages, maintain cleanliness in the beverage station, and ensure excellent customer service.
Cashier: Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently, maintain accurate billing records, and provide friendly and professional customer service.
Store Keeper: Manage restaurant inventory and stock levels, keep records of supplies and orders, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and materials.
Captain: Supervise restaurant staff and daily operations, ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, and handle guest complaints while coordinating with the management.
Accountant: Maintain financial records and prepare reports, handle payroll, expenses, and budgeting, and ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
