Our little food stall in Kolonnawa was lucky. The exact spot we’re in stayed safe. But that didn’t stop the fear. Our CCTV went off, we couldn’t check the shop, two of our staff were stuck in Wellampitiya, and we honestly thought… if the fridge goes, the business goes with it.
We’re a tiny setup, still learning and still trying our best each month. But today, we feel nothing but grateful that we get to open our doors again.
So here’s our small way of giving back during a time when everyone is struggling:

We can’t donate in big amounts like the bigger places… but we can make sure no one who is hungry walks away empty-handed.
