In 1979, Fab started as a small operation in a home in Colpetty, which is now our main outlet. Chandra Madanayaka, Fab introduced many authentic and flavorful recipes that were previously only available at 5-star hotels, and the brand quickly gained popularity. As the business grew, the team expanded to include 20 professionals, some of whom are still with us today. Over the past 40 years, Fab has
