A height-adjustable buffet table with a stainless steel top and laminated body and a fully removable, rechargeable battery.

Every bar we build passes through people. Not processes, not departments. People.

We want you to know who they are.

Starting with Eric Leja, Project Manager and Account Executive for our Bar Department. Ten years behind the bar before he joined Vitrum. Nine cocktail bars built across Riga, including HEX and Bar 6ix, the city’s first speakeasy. When his daughter was on the way, he stepped off the floor and brought everything he learned with him.

Now he designs the stations bartenders work on, instead of working on them himself.

No back of house, no walls, no hiding the work behind 400 to 800 pastries a day.

We were brought in to make it work.
The production line, the allergen control, the blast chilling, the extraction.

All built to handle the volume without dominating the room.
Every piece was made and tested in our factory in Riga before going to site.

Custom bar. Wine, beer, and cocktails 🍷🍻🍸

A 5-metre bar headed to Norway, built around three things.

Wine service, draft beer with keg storage hidden behind sliding doors, and a neutral cocktail station for simple drinks.

We also fabricated the custom shelving for bottles and glassware, powder coated in-house.

A new amusement complex in central Copenhagen by Bowl’n’Fun, designed by Rie Lund Birkholm.

Game tracks, two bars, a self-service food area, and lounge seating throughout.

We were brought in for:
• Two bars stretching 40 metres with 11 workstations
• Custom self-service food modules, built print-ready for the client’s branding
• Specialty furniture for game tracks, sofas, and FOH areas

Everything produced and tested in our facility in Riga before shipping.

Riga Central Market 🛒 Gastronomic Pavilion

Housed inside historic Zeppelin hangars, this is one of the largest and busiest markets in Europe. Thousands of people pass through every day, and the refrigeration has to perform at that scale without interruption.

Vitrum handled the entire refrigeration project for the gastronomic pavilion. Planning, sourcing, installation, calibration, and long-term servicing. End to end.

BCB London 🍸

Two days at To***co Dock. We came to show what we build and ended up talking through projects that won’t be on screens for another year or two. That’s how this industry works. The briefs that matter rarely happen on a planned call.

For us, every bar starts the same way. With a layout problem. A constraint that needs solving. A workflow that has to hold up six nights a week. The conversations this week were mostly that. Real problems, with real specifics.

We design, build, and install everything ourselves from our facility in Riga. That’s why we can have these conversations and actually deliver on what comes out of them.
