Enough is enough.

For the past four years this woman keeps coming here to dump her empty bottles instead of taking the two minutes needed to recycle them properly. She knows there are cameras and that her actions are being recorded, yet she keeps doing it anyway.

To be clear, these are not BCRS redeemable bottles. They are dirty bottles collected from somewhere which should be disposed of responsibly through the proper recycling system, not dumped here in private property.

This isn’t a mistake anymore. It’s pure disrespect and a complete lack of basic responsibility.
