Head Chef Wanted 🇲🇹🍽️

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver high-quality authentic Maltese cuisine.

Requirements:

*Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

*Strong knowledge of local Maltese cuisine

*Experience in menu planning, cost control, and stock management

*Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff

Role Overview:

*Oversee daily kitchen operations

*Develop and cost menus

*Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation

*Manage kitchen staff, stock, and hygiene standards

We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved grandmother/mother has passed away on Friday 26th April. Her gentle spirit were a guiding light in our lives, and though we are heartbroken by her departure, we are also filled with gratitude for the beautiful moments we shared with her. As we remember her loving presence, we thank everyone for their thoughts and support during this difficult time. Her memory will forever be cherished in our hearts.

We will be closed tomorrow, Monday 29th April to celebrate her one last time.
