📌 Christmas & New Year Closure - 25th December 2025 and 1st & 2nd January 2026 📌
As we head into the busiest time of the year, it is worth remembering that:
- We have a large menu and seating area, this means a lot of dishes to choose from, and lots of people to serve.
- If you want to minimise wait time, please order dishes to be shared. Chinese cuisine is meant to be shared & enjoyed together 🥘
- If you are a large group, the above is especially relevant. If 10 people orders 10 different dish, well guess what, we don’t have 10 cooks, and everyone at the table won’t be served at the same time. It’s worth pointing out as our food is cooked fresh daily & on the spot 🍲
- Worth pointing out as well is that we try to categorise food so that if 1-5 people orders the same thing, then we are cooking in bulk to allow food to be served concurrently, otherwise, the wait time would be even greater if we had to cook for 1 table at a time 👀
- If your order is late or missing, make it known. Don’t wait till the end to let your frustration be known or be a keyboard warrior on social media 💬 Most of the time, an issue can be handled by proper communication ☑️
- Show courtesy, patience & manners to our wait staff & personnel. A lot of us are fighting a problem you know nothing about, be it medical or physical. The owners are getting old but they are still showing up, day in & day out.
Else, you might find yourself on Santa’s Naughty List 🎅🏻
- Most of all, enjoy this time of year. It’s not what’s under the tree that counts but the memories with our loved ones 🎄✨🎄✨
