● Swiss Enchiladas, soft chicken tacos (200g) and fresh cheese, (4 pieces) dipped
with a creamy tomatillo and poblano chili sauce, gratin with manchego cheese

● Chicken breast (210g) with creamy spinach, garlic and bacon sauce. accompanied

● Teocintle Pork Shank (approximately 340 g), slowly cooked in red birria sauce. Accompanied by refried beans, avocado and pickled onions. $295
