lways dreamed of a life in Mexico, and upon experiencing the sense of family and community that is Isla Mujeres, they knew that Isla was destined to be their home. Meanwhile back at home. . . Asheville, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, was experiencing an explosion of microbreweries and brewpubs, earning the tiltle of Beer City USA for several years. Like many Ashevillians, Jeff had long since been brewing beer at home, and the extensive community of beer enthusiasts provided the perfect environment for him to hone his craft. So . . . in the Summer of 2013, The McGahees liqidated their world in Asheville and made the leap into to their next big adventure. . .
