Own a Bottle. I decided London needed a new type of hot sauce so I went to Mexico to look for it.

Blind luck led me to an old nun in rural Yucatan who was helping peasant farmers grow chillies and turning them into all-natural hot sauces. I said I needed the best goddam hot sauce they could make and she brought in the Cuban, a master distiller who once produced rum for Fidel Castro. It turns out the Cuban also brews a pretty mean hot sauce, and this is precisely how #1 came to be.
