Monday recipe chicken carnitas

1/2 chicken with skin
1 pound of pork lard
1 onion
2 garlic
2 old spice
2 cloves
1 pinch of oregano
1 orange
1 cup of coke
Cilantro
1 onion
3 lemon
3 jalapeños peppers
2 garlic
1 cup of oil
1/4 onion

This is the ingredients list
Carnitas estilo Michoacán
2 pounds of pork meat (ribs,leg,loin,)
1 tablespoon of cumin
3 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 large onion cut in wedges
8 cloves of garlic
2 limes juice
2 large oranges
3/4 cups of coke original
2 bay leaves
[ ]1 can of condensed milk
10 tortillas
4 tomatoes
1 onion
Cilantro
5 Lime
5 árbol pepper
200 grams of peanut
2 kilos of pork lard
