Our recent guests, David and Linda, were in San Pancho celebrating their "empty nest" and spending some much deserved time together. We were delighted to host their romantic evening on the beach and under the star-studded skies of Mexico. It was a perfectly magical evening for the two of them. Jesurun and Jackie celebrated their lives together by renewing their vows on the beach in San Pancho. We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to host their ceremony at sunset, and to serve them a memorable meal later in the evening. It was truly a special night for them...and for us!

When Dining Deserves To Be More Than A 5-star Experience

This week we had special guests at Table for Two. Simon Baker asked us to host an evening for his girlfriend Beth. Because Simon has worked with the San Pancho Turtle Project, he requested we assist in having a clutch of turtles hatch at the table during the evening. It was a special treat for Beth, as well as for us, to watch the hatchlings crawl up from the nest and scamper toward the ocean. It was a wonderful evening for us all.

Our recent guests were treated to a wonderful evening under a full moon and starlit skies. They also participated in helping us release over 100 Olive Ridley turtle hatchlings on the beach. We all watched them scamper off into the ocean waters to begin their new life. We give special thanks to the San Pancho Turtle Project for helping us provide our guests this remarkable dining experience here in San Pancho...
