Miracle Homemade Murukku/Nei Urandhai/Podhulangai Urandhai/Murukku Mix Flour

Murukku is a savoury, crunchy deep-fried Indian snack and its name derives from the Tamil word for “twisted” which refers to its shape. Nevertheless there is still a need to prepare additional spices to mix with the flours. Otherwise, it will taste very plain without them. You’ll be surprised how the taste is absolutely delicious.

Ghee Truffle or nei urundai are a traditional dessert among Indian.
Made from a combination of mung bean flour, ground cardamom and sugar and bound by rich, clarified butter, the balls are not only aromatic and tasty, but they also melt in the mouth.

Miracle Murukku Mix is a fresh traditional homemade murukku flour made with best quality ingredient which was prepared with family recipe that has been passed down by my grandparents.
