five years in, and this is our very first outdoor event!🍃🏕️

looking ‘perfect’ but failed. the weather was sooo hot causing the milk temperature to rise = milk couldn’t create foam, although it was stored in ice bath.

quickly, we r&d new whisking method, and voila! turned out perfect!

Tips: milk bottle has to be fully soaked in ICY water. we are using pasteurised milk btw, not UHT.

our love menu!

psst, we have a secret menu off board. mint matcha latte they said ;) sounds scary but surprising refreshing & delish!

the only moment we could catch! it was so hectic till we have no time to shoot for content🥹🫶🏻 thank u guysss!!

our new menu launched during PCF event last week, secretly climbing up to signature menu dy🥵

Jeju hallasan — jasmine matcha latte + jasmine velvet foam, topped with honeycomb

Strawberry cloud — strawberry matcha with strawberry cloud on top! more matcha for cloud tho :P

we put real dried strawberries for our strawb cloud☁️🍓

this is is OG strawberry matcha latte🤓 with homemade real strawberry jam!
