吾·廷成立于2022年，为全槟首家以摩登中式餐饮为经营概念，以传统烹饪手艺为本，融合跨国食材，利用现代精致摆盘达到 “有传统无正宗” 的中餐革新，让大众颠覆对于 “中餐永远无法登上精致餐饮水平”的概念。

现由吾家餐饮集团行政总厨陈虹达掌厨，从事餐饮业已有15年厨艺经验，曾于中，日，西餐厅掌厨并也荣获多项厨艺荣誉。经过多年宝贵经验累积，探索出自身料理哲学，在不破坏传统做法与食材之下以其他方式进行创新，首当槟城新派中餐料理先锋，让食客拥有味觉与视觉的高水准巅峰享受。

Established in 2022, T Palace is the first Chinese Restaurant in Penang to operate under the concept of modern Chinese Dining, based on traditional cooking techniqu

es, fusing multinational ingredients, and using modern exquisite plating to achieve a "Traditional but not Authentic" Chinese food innovation, allowing the public to overturn the concept that "Chinese food can never reach the level of fine dining". As for now, the Executive Chef WJ Group, Chef Tan Hong Tat will be incharge of T Palace. He Had been working in chinese, japanese and western restaurant. After years of accumulating valuable experience, he has explored his culinary philosophy and innovated in other ways without destroying traditional practices and ingredients to be the pioneer of new Chinese Cuisine in Penang, giving dinners a high level of peak enjoyment of taste and vision.
