🍚The green rice is made of variety and the selectional leaves that give its unique colour and fragrance.
🌰The side dishes that are served with the Khao Jam, such as fish flakes, coconut flakes, vegetables, herbs, fish keropok and budu(salty fermented anchovies sauce).
😋The flavors and textures of this dish, such as fragrant, spicy, crunchy, and savory when everything mixes up together.
💪This dish is very healthy with lots of fibre from veggies and protein from fish. No oil or fat used in this dish.
