想在槟城大山脚，低本钱开小吃店的进来~小妹的店分租你一半~

如题~小妹和朋友刚刚在这个月在槟城大山脚开了一间小吃店，在南美园地带, 我们的店差不多400 sqrt~
可是位置也用不了一半，对我们来说太大了~
所以我们打算分租给希望在槟城大山脚做小吃店生意的人~

你和我们分租的好处：
- 你可以说是差不多0本钱就可以做生意了，你只需每个月给我们租金，我们不会像外面的kopitiam, foodfare那些抽你sales commission 20%，时不时和你收maintenance fees，清洁费那些~
- 你可以公用我们的厨房，厨具
- MPSP License，装修，这些都有了~你省了40k哦~
- 店在大山脚KTM附近，一个组屋下面，附近有银行，住宅区，学校，工厂，适合做delivery services.

你和我们分租的坏处:
- 我们只有两个dine in 桌子, 因为我们是focus做delivery services的.
- 所以我们的walk in顾客通常是take away
- 我们的店不是开在旺区，人流不多~因为我们都是靠做delivery的~
- 由于我们是轻便型的，所以也希望找到卖快餐型的partner如~炸鸡, burger, Pizza, kebab, milkshake, sandwich, pancake等等~

一些细节：
- 如果你只是想试下水温，想省下所有麻烦，你可以直接用我们的公司名
- 包括delivery service平台，我们直接帮你加menu item进去~
- 你要开自己公司名，自己申请deliver services,有自己的品牌也可以~
- 不用怕你做起来了我们会踢你走~我们可以签合约，而且我们也没有point做是因为~
