Sinkhek Peranakan Cuisine “Sinkhek” in Hokkien literally translates to ‘new guests’.

Sinkhek is a collaboration by three cousins who grew up eating our grandmother’s Nyonya cooking, hence the birth of Sinkhek.

Roti Babi is making a comeback this weekend!

This Nyonya-styled "French Toast" filled with a generous amount of spiced minced pork fillings will be served with our family recipe "angmo tau eu" sauce.
