We bake our own Sourdough Bread here @ Eatery.

It goes through a lengthy 78 hours fermentation process, before we are able to enjoy its mildly sour crumb and chewy texture.

Teddy says : Sourdough Bread baking is breaking my back……..

We make our own Sourdough Bread here .
Made slowly and fermented over 3 days prior to baking to create this airy chewy crusty piece of bread.
3 days pre order required if you intend to take one home.
