Requirements:
• Experienced in managing floor staff and ensuring smooth shop operations.
• Responsible for training new and part-time team members.
• Well-versed in coffee calibration and capable of handling barista duties when required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lead by example and serve as a role model for the Front of House (FOH) team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced sourdough baker to join our team.
Requirements:
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experienced in producing naturally fermented sourdough products.
• Knowledgeable in dough fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking techniques.
• Able to maintain consistency and quality in production.
• Passionate about artisan baking and continuous improvement.
