From recipes and marinades to cooking techniques, every detail went through rounds of testing. This magnificent 1.5kg cut wasn't just a premium piece of beef—it was a special request from one of our loyal regulars, so getting it right was our only option. 🧐

Beyond achieving the perfect doneness, we carefully curated the entire dining experience, pairing it with thoughtfully selected starters, sides, and sauces that complement the rich flavour of the Wagyu. 🧐
