Please take a look at our course menu for July. We have added some interesting food combinations this month:
• Mentaiko & egg: the strong taste of Mentaiko encased in a super fluffy and airy egg. Paired with aosa seaweed sauce for the aroma of the ocean.
• Kudzu manju: Filled with umami packed crab and sweet corn. We knead it over the fire for at least 30 minutes to create the kudzu jelly texture. Please enjoy it with our signature Dashi.
• Stewed pork belly: a take on classic Japanese dish "kakuni", we have stewed the pork belly for hours. The figs give a sweet and sour contrast to the fattiness of the pork. Paired with a rich red wine sauce and smooth mashed potato.
