We were deeply honored to welcome Mr. Naoyoshi Sasaki, Chairman & Representative Director of Otafuku Sauce Co., Ltd., together with Mr. Masato Kono, Country Manager of Otafuku Sauce Malaysia, to SORA.

Founded in Hiroshima in 1922, Otafuku Sauce has supported Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki culture for over 100 years and has become one of Japan's most respected food brands, sharing authentic Japanese flavors with the world.

At SORA, we proudly carry on the spirit of Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, preparing every dish with passion and care.

Having the opportunity to serve both Mr. Sasaki and Mr. Kono was a great honor and an unforgettable encouragement for our entire team.
