☕ Consumer Reality vs. Industry Focus 🤔

We in the specialty coffee industry might need a reality check. 🤚🏻Hang on, be patient with me. Sometimes the industry thinks it knows what consumers want. And we keep talking about flavors as if taste is the main-decision maker. In reality, it isn't.

Consumers choose coffee based on their real life, like convenience and stability, rather than our fancy coffee language.
