Lately, our Basque Cheesecake has been moving a little faster than usual. What used to be one whole cake lasting almost a week, now turns into one cake a day.

We didn’t change much. Still the same recipe, baked in-house. A lightly burnt top for that subtle caramel note, and a soft, creamy center that keeps it balanced and not too heavy.

Maybe it’s the pairing with coffee? Maybe it’s the texture or maybe some of you just keep coming back for another slice.

Either way, we see it, and we appreciate it.

April,

This month, all of our espresso-based drinks will be made using Air Terjun Awet Muda. A blend of two Ethiopian coffees, bringing out notes of apricot, red berries and guava, layered with soft florals like ylang ylang, sweet langsat and a touch of mango.

Light, smooth body with a bright citrus lift, finishes clean, with a gentle sweetness that lingers, almost like kuih kapit.

Easy to drink, whether you’re starting your day or taking a pause in between.

We’re going to miss this year’s moreh session.

Didn’t expect much since last year was quiet, but this turned out to be one of our busiest months since opening.

Every day baking, restocking, pulling shots, whisking matcha past midnight and you guys still showed up. Seeing familiar faces drop by after terawih, even if just for a quick coffee, means a lot to us.

Thank you for supporting our small cafe. We’re not trying to be the best, just a place you can come back to, relax, and feel at home with the people you care about.
