JUZ Vegie O,ver the past few years, friends Iskandar, Nadiah and Sharon noticed an urgent and growing need for healthier eating amidst our hectic lives.

Hence, after three years in the making, JUZ VEGIE was created to offer wholesome vegetarian food to the public. Our chef, who has more than 20 years of experience, finds joy in matching ingredients to create his own recipes and concocts his stocks and sauces entirely from scratch. Not just imitations of non-vegetarian tastes, the dishes are great food in their own right, made from quality export-

grade ingredients. Signature dishes include the Almond Flakes Mushroom (3 types) with Ginger Condiment and Salad Creamy Butter and Custard White Mushroom fried to a golden crisp, Kung Po Tofu with Chef's special homemade sauce, as well as Crispy & Stir Kailan, crunchy, deep-fried Kailan leaves served alongside flavourful stir-fried and sauteed stems. Our restaurants is also one of the only places in Kota Kemuning where you can find yummy healthy double boiled soup - old cucumber, black bean, lotus root and cooling watercress. For special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, the JUZ VEGIE team welcomes your requests to customise menus tailored for specific tastes and health requirement. JUZ VEGIE, with its minimal yet comfy interior (to match its philosophy of simplicity and focus on the delicious food) is located in a row of shop lots in Kota Kemuning, with ample parking available.
