Duck & Noodle Welcome to Duck & Noodle restaurant, where every dish is a labour of love and creativity. Here, we don’t just serve duck the usual way.

Here we use Silver Hill Irish Duck, famously known as the best duck breed in the world for its exceptional flavour, tenderness and lack of gaminess. It is most commonly prepared and served as traditional roast duck, but we began to ask the question:

“What else could we create with this incredible ingredient?”

That spark of curiosity led to the birth of Duck & Noodle, where we are inspired to cre

ate dishes that bring out the best qualities of the duck. Instead, we’ve reimagined it through fusion dishes that surprise and delight. From crispy Duck & Praffle (Prata Waffle) to golden Fries cooked in duck fat or a rich bowl of Duck Ramen where the broth is simmered in duck bones for hours, we want to show that duck isn’t just for Chinese cuisine. Whatever your culture or background, we believe it’s for everyone and every dish here proves it. We take pride in every step of our cooking. Our Irish ducks are dry-aged for 48 hours before they’re roasted to perfection and our premium sauces to complement the duck are made using the freshest ingredients. Everything here is crafted with authenticity and care, because we believe great food should speak for itself. At Duck & Noodle, our mission is to bring world-class duck to Asia in a way that’s fresh, exciting, and accessible. So, whether you’re here for a meetup with friends or looking to try something different, we hope you’ll leave with a smile, a new story to share, and maybe discover your new favourite dish.
