在我们国家，有两种挪威鱼都被称为【三文鱼】，一种是真正的三文鱼，是英文 salmon 的直译，另一种是 【鳟鱼】，英文 trout。Trout 常常被当成三文鱼来卖。三文鱼是海鱼（咸水鱼），鳟鱼是河鱼（淡水鱼）。三文鱼头有黑色斑点，鳟鱼头没有。三文鱼肉比较橙色，鳟鱼肉比较红色。三文鱼比较贵，鳟鱼比较便宜。为什么？我只能说一分钱一分货，两种我都有卖以迎合不同人的需要。
In our country, there are 2 types of Norwegian fish. One is the real salmon, while the other one is actually trout. Trout is always being sold as "salmon". Salmon is ocean fish (salt water), while trout is river fish (fresh water). Salmon's head has black spots, while trout's head doesn't. Salmon's flesh is more orangish, while trout's is more reddish. Salmon is more expensive, while trout is cheaper. Why? I can only say you get what you pay for. I have both for sell, to suit everyone's need.
