Basque Burnt Cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries.

Design in mind: A very simple but attractive look for the cake.

BUT
I must say it wasn’t easy sourcing and pairing strawberries with the dark caramelised colour of the cheesecake. Too dark - they blend together, too bright - not quite the style we were going for 🥲 It was definitely a challenge for something so simple. I guess the quote ‘Simple can be harder than complex’ is quite true! So happy it turned out well 🌸
