Can we be honest for once? 👀
A lot of us don’t actually hate healthy eating…
We just hate the lifestyle adjustment that comes with it.
Because tell me why:
• water suddenly becomes “boring”
• fruits start looking expensive
• soft drinks become more attractive at midnight 😭
• and the moment somebody says “reduce sugar”… your body starts craving cake immediately 😂
But deep down, many people already know the body feels different when you eat better.
Better sleep.
Less heaviness.
Better skin.
Less tiredness.
Less unnecessary bloating.
The problem is consistency.
Especially in Nigeria where:
stress is high, weather is hot, work is exhausting, and fast food is everywhere 😩
