One of our sales person came back and asked why I didn't pack more abacha for his batch😊😅. According to him ,the demand was higher that our supply.

The way they rushed our abacha eh😅. I packed it more than the quantity of the market and make sure it's dirt free.

I kind of missed home. While growing up, my mom would make use beans and abacha for lunch most afternoon.

It's was really filling. The fun part that you can add ogiri to abacha makes it thrilling 😅

They call the red oil sauce "iga ncha" in my village.

I told you I got a new drier remember?
Anyways, when I'm not going to the drying site, I'm going to the market. All to find the best of fish at a good price for our customers.

This is sea caught catfish. I posted pond reared ones,(check our page)

This is sweeter or more tasty than the pond.

I can't figure the difference in taste though 😅.
This one swells up and it's really thick.

Couple of times I have eat it, I found it really interesting.

Our stock fish is the longest 😅

Stock fish is mostly eaten by eastern part of Nigeria.

It's has this natural flavor that gives"rich food" vibe.

Igbo use it in making almost all kind of Igbo soup.
Stock fish in ogbono soup is a kill😅

Just like fish,stock fish have varieties.

We have apama,cord, kpala and the likes as they are named by Nigerians.

Stock fish is not caught or dried in Nigeria,it's usually imported from Thailand.

So to the deal, we can get full stock fish to your door step or better still,you can get parts of it.

Stock fish head is eatable and still taste as the the rest of the body or even better.

Body of stock fish can be a bit pricey but we got you covered.
